After several emails back and forth I spoke to the account manager on the phone. He was able to advise me straight away and resolved my issue. IG il the best broker.

Once I was able to speak to the team in person, they were very quick and responsive to what I needed. My special thanks to my account manager’s that help me recover a good part of the money that I lost in trading.

Poor consumer support. IG asks for an bank statement to prove the deposit and they are always unable to verify the bank account. No clearly responses in emails or any response, either a solution for withdrawal.
